Great Horned Owl

The great horned owl was the fourth owl species I ever photographed. It was spotted almost in the same spot where the long-eared owls had been. It hung out tucked away in the bushes for two days before finally flying off. I only managed a single photo with its eyes open, but spending nearly two full days trying to capture it was totally worth it.
